Best Dr.s in the Valley

Posted by loveallpets on 7/4/2008

My experience with VAH, has been absolutely the best, From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you and your pet not only feel welcome, you are to made to feel like you are the only one in the world, and you are informed if appts are running behind, also interaction between the staff and clients are pleasant. There's alot of reading materials available. Bathrooms available off the lobby, refreshments if desired and above all a GREAT environment for employees, clients and most importantly YOUR PET! We love you!

Affordable and Reliable

My co-worker referred me here. We just bought a puppy and a kitten, and we are new to the area. We wanted a place that is affordable, but still safe and reliable. She has been taking her dog there for a long time, and is very satisfied with them. What I really like is that they offer puppy and kitten "packages." We bought the $140 puppy package for all the shots, deworming, etc. It lasts 6 months from the date of purchase, and that will get the puppy (or kitten for the kitten package) all the shots they need for the first year. All kinds of other benefits come with it, but we haven't used any of those yet, and I can't think of them off the top of my head. The kitten package is the same thing, except that includes cat-specific tests like the feline leukemia and FIV (whatever that is.) We need to get the cat in for that soon, but we wanted the puppy's shots first since he goes outside and is more susceptible right now. This vet is great, plus they can take you on short notice usually. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended by us so far!*another perk is a referral discount - they gave my coworker $20 off her next visit, and they gave us $20 our first visit!
