My family and I were involved in an automobile accident on the evening of New Years Eve, 2008. After spending eight hours in the emergency room, my 15 year old daughter and I, after being released, got a hotel room to get some sleep while my wife was being kept at the hospital overnight. On the morning of New Years day, I glanced over the phone book (we do not live locally) to locate a cab company to take us to a car rental company. I choose Quality Transportation Taxi Company. He picked us up (the cab was very neat and clean) at the hotel and took us to the airport for the rental. Upon arrival at the airport, he told me what the fare was and said my daughter could stay in the cab and I could go in and complete the paperwork for the rental and then he would drive us into the parking area where the rental vehicles were kept. He said he didn't want my daughter, who had a broken foot, to have to walk so far on her crutches. I know that time is money for cab drivers and the time spent waiting for me to complete the rental paperwork was time that he could have spent earning another fare elsewhere. I would recommend this company highly based upon our experience. I only wish I would have asked for or remembered his name so I could give him the credit he deserves. I'm usually very tight with my money, but I had no problems handing him a $50 bill for a $22 fare and telling him to keep the change. This is how impressed I was with his service and kindness.
