Terrible, terrible service!!!

Upon my arrival for my first visit to order a bridesmaid dress I was told to look around and someone would help me in a moment(who knew a moment meant 45 minutes?) I had to approach the ladies at the counter again whom were not even apologetic. Second go 'round I went in to pick up my dress, told them my name and the bride's name and the lady says sorry neither my name nor the bride's name are in our system. Ha! They were kidding me, right?! Good thing I kept my receipt-handed it over only to get a rude "oh that helps" from the lady. I am always nice to people I have to deal with in stores but the help there definitely makes me not feel like being so. Get your stuff together...well do or don't, I don't care because I won't be returning and will def spread the word to anyone who is even considering doing business from there. Wedding preparation is a happy time don't ruin it by doing business with an establishment that does not treat its customers with respect.
