BEST VETERINARY HOPITAL

Posted by phish101 on 10/11/2009

This place is the best. Most of the people posting negative comments probably either got fired or couldn't pay their bill. Dr. Jennings is the most loving vet, she saved my dog and even took him home with her overnight I think she just doesn't put up with deadbeats- both employees and clients. as far as I am concerned that means my pet gets 100 percent. wouldn't go anywhere else.

DR. JENNINGS AND BVH

I can only say wonderful things about Dr. Jennings and her staff @ Brambleton Vet Hospital. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Jennings since she graduated from Va Tech and in my book......she is TOPS!!!!!!. My toy poodle, Mia, has been going to her for 16 years. She has been close to death several times, but Dr. Jennings and her staff are the reason that my baby is still with us today. They are very caring, understanding and professional people and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

WARNING: Do not use this clinic!

BEWARE! Do not take your dog to Brambleton Veterinary Hospital, especially to Dr. Linda Jennings, who has the worst bedside manner you have ever seen. Her staff isn't much better and, in fact, is not knowledgable about joint dislocations and post-op care. This hospital almost cost my dog his leg by wrapping it too tight after surgery and cutting off his circulation. After bringing him home, I discovered his toes turning purple. I called -- and they told me to bring him in right away, he could lose his leg if I waited -- they charged me (overtime charges!) to re-wrap his leg. When I asked for an explanation about the charges, Dr Jennings was immediately defensive, rude, and belligerent, claiming it wasn't her fault. Then, she tried to convince me I should be grateful that she re-wrapped his leg (but not admitting it was due to her staff's inexperience and error). I paid the bill, because they refused to release my dog until I had, but I will NEVER go back. I found another vet for his follow-up care, Big Lick Vet. They are wonderful and so kind.

Worst ever

Dr. Jennings is about like her father. A complete A_s with people. (Her father is a Dr. also.) She doesn't know how to talk to customers and her Vet care is lacking. She charges for things you don't asked for and then does not want to take it off your bill. This place is very unprofesional. Avoid in you can.

HORRIBLE!

I use to work for this place and Dr. Jennings was the most hateful person I have ever met in my life!! The girls in the kennel were rude and didn't care about nothing but themselves. They treated the animals like horrible! I was so glad to find another job and get away from all the negative people in that place. I feel bad for Dr. H. She is the best Doctor there and has the biggest heart for what she does.
