Description:

Established in 1951, Showtimers is a rather historic community theater company that claims to sport the "best entertainment value in Roanoke." And, at $12 per ticket for top-quality productions of old standards like "Little Shop of Horrors," "Arsenic and Old Lace," and "Of Mice and Men," it's hard to disagree. The company performs out of a simple, elegant house about six miles west of downtown, just below the Hidden Valley Country Club.
